-Sourcing

-Factory Inspections
To confirm capacity through production lines, the quality assurance controls are in place, tools and machinery, testing abilities, factory conditions and their workers, the honesty and integrity of the owners, codes of conduct, existing customers, certifications and audit schemes (e.g. ISO 9001, REACH, ETL etc. ).
-Auditing
We will provide you with factory audits for Capability, Heath & Safety, Environmental and Ethical.
-Pre Production
We will ensure that CADS, CMF, prototypes, tooling, shots, moulds and testing run as smoothly as possible. With our unrivalled knowledge we will guide you through the development of the product.
-Production
We will organise the factory for production and assembly line inspection by supervising Engineers QA, QC and IQC, staff training and implementation. Our own experienced inspectors will oversee every product that comes down the final assembly line along with all the processes leading up to it.
